How the application process Works

Getting started is easy! Submit your application with a $25 application fee for the booth type you're interested in. Once we review your work and confirm it aligns with our event vision, you’ll receive an official invitation email.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A clear creative voice and original work

  • Consistency across your style or collection

  • Clean, professional presentation (no blurry photos)

  • Alignment with the event’s overall aesthetic/theme

  • A positive, community-minded attitude

We're excited to see what you create — bring your best and let your work speak for itself!

From there, you’ll be able to select and purchase your preferred booth space. After booking, you’ll upload your artist bio and images to be featured on our website and social media.

As the event approaches, we’ll send you everything you need to prepare — we’re here to make the process smooth, professional, and artist-friendly.

Can’t Commit Just Yet?

No problem! After approval, your spot is SecureD until October 18th.

If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll follow up via email, and if you’re no longer interested, your spot will be offered to another artist.

DON’t Wait too long though

Reserve early to lock in Early Bird booth pricing until August 2nd — prices go up starting October 11th for late bookings!

    • Yes! Just indicate this on your application. Shared booths must still meet space guidelines.

    • Yes, or have someone represent you. This is important for both professionalism and sales.

    • Painting, drawing, illustration, sculpture, photography, mixed media, ceramics, and more.

    • Yes! you may bring only 1 buddy to help with set up and sales for free. Anyone extra must purchase a ticket.
